Welcome to the 199th edition of Phish.Net's Mystery Jam Monday. The winner will receive an MP3 download courtesy of our friends at LivePhish.com / Nugs.Net. To win, be the first person to identify the song and date of the mystery jam clip. Each person gets one guess per day, with the second “day” starting after I post the hint. A hint will be posted on Tuesday if necessary, with the answer to follow on Wednesday. Good luck!
Answer: Congrats to @yunkfunk for nailing this one within an hour of my posting it, collecting his fifth win by correctly identifying the outro to Horn from 6/20/97. Have a safe and happy holiday this week, and we'll be back next week with our 200th MJM! It'll be an MJM extravaganza, with extra difficulty and extra prizes. Stay tuned...

I only listened to this from the beginning of the Ain't Love Funny skipped right past the Horn.
I too knew it was a Europe '97 show. I was also checking shows leading up to that Ain't Love Funny debut to see if they were teasing it earlier in the tour. D'oh!
I'd give it to you anyway-- would have never known that one otherwise.
Also, I don't consider that a proper "Breathe" (no lyrics), but a Mike's with a Breathe jam in it.

I too skipped right over that, though I knew it was Europe. D'oh!"

I heard the Ain't Love Funny tease from Mike and went straight to Amsterdam. Obviously I lucked out by backing up to the end of Horn once I got to Prague..."
Good job man. It's funny because this if the first MJM I can't participate in and recognized the jam after a few notes, which is quite rare for me. The reason I knew it is I've listened to this show repeatedly. In the Pharmer's Almanac (2001(?) edition) there is a section on mega collectors. One of them listed 6/20/97 as their favorite show. That peaked my interest and I listened to the show and understood the collector's appreciation. The flow in that 1st set is really fantastic and the 2nd set is well played. Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
Also, agreed on that not being "Breathe." In this game, the second I think I may have the answer, I fire. Every time I have drug my feet, someone swooped in while I was trying to confirm it. See my failure when the 10/29/98 reba was the MMJ.
