Phish and Mike's release is indeed listed on the first link for the Wikipedia article for Record Store Day (background 2011), FWIW.
As far as the "official" RSD site, the blog article above says that link is there so you can hopefully find one of the several hundred participating "indie" stores somewhere near you. We didn't link it because of the random indie bands promoted on the "official" RSD site.
I'm sure you won't find more specific information on those releases than you will from the phish.com and mike-gordon.com websites and this and other phan sites.
