I was only at the 12/29 show (my first ever show in fact) so I can't comment on the other shows on this list (well at least not yet...), but I do want to weigh in on the whole "woo" debate in Carini. I feel that the severity of it is blown out of proportion. Yes, the jam could have went on a little bit longer and probably could have done without it, but I feel that the "woos" didn't kill the vibe at all and, in this context, added to it in a way. It just showed how into it the crowd was as a whole and, I feel, reinforces the idea that the crowd plays just as important of a role in the creation of the vibe and the music as those four men on stage. In fact, the way the band ended with the whole start/stop thing makes it seem like they were feeling it as well and were even encouraging the fans to do it a few times. Others may disagree, but I just wanted to add a different perspective on the whole issue.
