And since we're entirely volunteer – with no office, salaries, or paid staff – administrative costs are less than 2% of revenues! So far, we've distributed over $2 million to support music education for children – hundreds of grants in all 50 states, with more on the way.
- MPP2 finished in the Top 15. Speaking for myself, I see it as the best first set of the year, but the second set highlights (Light & YEM IMO) just aren't quite strong enough to get it on this list. FWIW, my next 5 shows would probably be Dicks2, JB, MPP2, Gorge1, BGCA1.
- Re: Gorge2, I'm just not as much a fan of this show as others. Again, I really like the first set, but the second set has a nice looking setlist that just doesn't deliver. The DWD> Undermind is an outstanding segue, but outside of that neither jam does a lot for me. The Sally is great, but, again, just not enough there to make my Top 10. I (slightly) prefer the first night of the Gorge.
- Tahoe2 is definitely the hardest show to rank. Yes, it's - to put it charitably - an uneven show. But when your highlight is that good, you have to weight it somewhat disproportionately. Other than that, how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?
