Great review.... You've got a way of isolating great words, and I particularly enjoy the 'shaggier' modifier affixed to Golden Age. I've felt this way regarding (particularly Trey's) their sound this summer.... Even that great Wrigely -> into Steam had a scuzzy / shaggy feel to it, a vestige from the DwD. Here's to more depth and darkness. I, too, felt that MFMF was particularly strong, and very much welcome its return to show-opener.

Now how about a Jim > Foam ....
