High energy opener with DaaM and La Grange. Nice Rocky Top>Bowie pairing. Killer Bowie jam but unfortunately a portion is cut out due to a tape flip. Love the wipe out teases during the trill section! The OG wipe out show! Lawn Boy serves as the perfect cool down song! Beautiful version! I’ve been enjoying the playful intros to these early Gin‘s. Tonight’s my favorite thus far. Solid version. Following the Golgi closer Trey says “they’ll be back in 15 minutes exactly” for the first time.
A-Train and the first Fluffhead this tour make for an interesting pair to open set 2. Nice work from Trey during the ‘Arrival’ section. Some lyrics were forgotten during Esther, but otherwise an enjoyable listen. Groovy version of Alumni. There may be a tape flip during LTJP because it cuts right to Fee. Great Mike’s Groove to close out the set. Inspired versions of Contact and BBFCFM in the encore slot. Two solid back to back Dining Hall shows!
