Serving as a bridge between “Crowd Control” and “Nothing” on Undermind, “Maggie’s Revenge” is a short instrumental track powered by a driving drumbeat and all manner of effects, feedback and general psychedelia from Trey. With the 2009 debuts of “Undermind,” “The Connection” and “Tomorrow’s Song,” “Maggie” stands alone as the only track off Undermind not to be performed live. Phish had better watch out; I hear she’s one vindictive bitch.
